THE PROBLEM:

Decayin High School is notorious for serving horrible school lunches.  They are curious to find if their food directly impacts the number of cavities people have over the course of high school.  They want to know whether the cavitity rate increases or decreases over the years.

THE ANSWER:

The data shows a positive correlation, meaning the more years spent at Decayin High, the more cavities students will have.  This can, presumably, be a direct cause of the bad school lunches.
